When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately and advise we have your order on our system. We always aim to ship orders within 3 working days but during a busy periods this may be longer.

We use DPD Local for all of our main deliveries.

Why do we use DPD..??  SIMPLE!

We work with DPD to ensure that every customer order reaches you in one piece. As the UK’s leading parcel brand, DPD will ensure you are kept up to date with the process of your order, with SMS text messages plus email confirmations every step of the way, with estimated delivery times to make sure everything is as convenient as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A FAULT?

We do quality control check all of our products, however sometimes mistakes escape through! Please call us and let us know, tel. (+44)07446884097. We will then arrange for you to send it back and depending on stock levels, we’ll either exchange or give you a full refund.

HOW LONG YOU HAVE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEMS?

For all returns, please return within 14 days of receiving the goods.  We DO NOT offer exchanges, if you would like a different item from the one you have ordered please return your item and you can then purchase another online.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE IF I  RETURN AN ITEM?

Unless you have an offer providing free returns then you will have to pay for return postage yourself. Offering free returns means that we would have to pass on the cost somewhere else and we didn’t want to do that. If on the rare occasion we are at fault then we will cover the cost.

WHERE SHOULD I SEND MY RETURNS AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
